GKP Legal and Wealth was created after many years of building people’s wealth in financial services during which it became clear that there is a significant need for protecting your wealth for your loved ones when you pass away.

Gary began his career in banking with Lloyds Bank, working from 1978 to 1987. After nine years, he transitioned to becoming a Financial Adviser, a role he excelled in for 25 years. Eventually, Gary sold his practice to two other advisers and semi-retired for three years.
During his semi-retirement, Gary’s wife decided to return to work. Finding himself at a loose end, Gary also decided to re-enter the workforce. This led him to the Wills industry, where he was surprised to discover that only about 25% of the adult population had wills in place.
In 2016, Gary embarked on his final career in the Wills sector. After a year of working for a Wills company, he established his own family-run business, GKP Legal & Wealth.
Will Writer
Lorraine has been part of the GKP Legal and Wealth team for the past two years. Firstly undertaking the administration work before completing her Will Writing qualification with the Society of Will Writers.
Lorraine has joined her husband Gary in the business, so fully understands the importance of making a Will, and since the inception of GKP Legal and Wealth 7 years ago, she has seen him help hundreds of people put their affairs in order. Lorraine has a caring nature, and her past Human Resources training helps to make clients feel at ease.
Will Writer
After 10 years working in London Casinos as a qualified Croupier, Scott decided on a career change and joined the family business in 2020 after completing his Will Writing qualifications with the Society of Will Writers. His warm and caring nature puts clients at ease when making decisions regarding their Wills.
